The Solis 20kW three-phase on-grid string inverter (S5-GR3P20K) is a grid-tied solar inverter engineered for commercial, industrial and larger residential PV installations. It converts solar DC power into clean three-phase AC for direct self-consumption and grid export, and is built to work with high-power and bi-facial PV modules for maximum energy yield.
With a multi-MPPT design, a wide operating voltage window and support for greater than 150% DC/AC oversizing, the 20kW model gives installers flexibility in array layout, while comprehensive protection and SolisCloud monitoring keep the system safe, efficient and easy to manage over its service life.
Efficient
The inverter combines a high maximum conversion efficiency with a wide MPPT voltage range and low start-up voltage, so it begins generating earlier and harvests more energy across the day. A multi-MPPT design supports panels facing different orientations, and support for greater than 150% DC/AC oversizing lets installers pair it with high-power modules for a lower cost per watt.
Smart
Intelligent string monitoring with smart I-V curve scanning helps operators spot underperforming strings quickly, and the inverter registers on the SolisCloud platform for remote monitoring, firmware upgrades and control.
