1.2 Shipping Methods, Timelines & Fees

We provide several distribution options across Pakistan:

  • Third-Party Courier Services: Shipments via reputable logistics partners such as Leopards Courier, TCS, Daewoo, or local regional providers.
  • Self-Pickup Service: Available exclusively for customers in Karachi.

Available options, costs, and timelines will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary based on your specific location and the items ordered.

1.2.1 Standard Courier Shipments

  1. Nationwide (Excluding Karachi): A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300/- applies to orders weighing under 2kg.
  2. Karachi Deliveries: A shipping fee of Rs. 150/- applies to orders under 2kg with a total invoice value below Rs. 3,000/-.
  3. Heavy Shipments: Specialized rates apply to all orders exceeding 2kg.
  4. Timelines: Standard delivery takes between 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
  5. Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday through Saturday) are typically processed the same day.
  6. Special Requests: Specific delivery instructions can be noted in the comments section during checkout; our team will attempt to facilitate these where possible.

1.2.2 Local Store Pickup (Karachi Only)

  1. This service is strictly for our Karachi-based clientele.
  2. Pickup is available the day after the order is placed, provided the order was confirmed before 3:00 PM.
  3. There is no additional charge for utilizing the self-pickup service.
  4. Pickup Hours: Monday to Thursday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Friday (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM).
  5. Please note that self-pickup is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.

1.3 Logistics Liability Disclaimer

While we partner with established courier services, roshanex.pk is not liable for delays, damages, or losses once a shipment has departed our warehouse. In the event of an issue, we will assist you in communicating with the carrier, but the ultimate responsibility for resolution rests with the third-party provider.

1.4 Order Fulfillment

We aim to process orders within two business days. Once confirmed via a telephone conversation, we will send a confirmation email containing your shipping details. Delivery timelines are calculated starting from the day the order is dispatched from our facility.

1.5 International Shipments

Global shipping is currently limited to select regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please inquire for further details at info@roshanex.pk.

1.6 Import Duties & Customs

International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid to roshanex.pk. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information regarding clearance fees.
