PAYMENT POLICY

1.1 Introduction

roshanex.pk (“roshanex.pk”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) provides a variety of payment solutions to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our clients. This document details the accepted payment modes, our processing protocols, and essential financial information.

1.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment options:

  • Direct Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (Available nationwide across Pakistan)
  • Alfa Payment Gateway (Supporting Credit & Debit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)
  • In-Store Payment (Exclusively for our Karachi pickup location)
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

Note: All transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

1.2.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms:

  1. COD is applicable for products with a value up to Rs. 20,000/-.
  2. For orders under Rs. 20,000/-, a 10% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory.
  3. For any orders exceeding Rs. 20,000/-, our sales department will coordinate with you directly to manage the required advance payment and finalize your purchase.
  4. Standard shipping fees apply as per our separate Delivery Policy.
  5. Please note that COD is not available for heavy or bulky equipment, such as solar panels, inverters, batteries, or similar industrial items.
  6. A 5% service fee will be added to the total invoice for all transactions utilizing the COD method.

1.3 Secure Payment Processing

Security is our priority. All digital payments are handled via a secure, encrypted gateway. roshanex.pk does not store your credit card details or sensitive financial data on our internal servers. Should a payment be declined, we will notify you to attempt the transaction using an alternative method. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction that appears unauthorized or fraudulent; in such cases, a full refund will be issued.

1.4 Banking and Service Fees

Any fees imposed by your financial institution—including transaction costs or currency conversion rates—are the sole responsibility of the customer. roshanex.pk is not liable for these third-party charges.

  • A non-refundable 2.3% service fee applies to all transactions made via Debit or Credit cards.
  • A non-refundable 1.2% service fee applies to the total order value for the Buy Now Pay Later option to cover third-party processing costs.

1.5 Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment verification, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your order specifics. If there are discrepancies with your payment or order details, our team will reach out to resolve them promptly. Once confirmed, orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.

1.6 Order Cancellation & Refunds

To cancel a purchase, please contact us immediately at info@roshanex.pk with your order number. If the item has not yet entered the shipping phase, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If the product has already been dispatched, you must follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to qualify for a refund.
