This delivery policy explains how roshanex.pk delivers your orders. It covers our shipping methods, fees and timelines, self-pickup in Karachi, order tracking and customs charges.

roshanex.pk (“roshanex.pk”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) is dedicated to providing our clients with prompt and dependable shipping services. This delivery policy also details our shipping methods, estimated timelines and other essential logistical information.

1.2 Shipping Methods, Timelines & Fees

We provide several distribution options across Pakistan:

  • Third-Party Courier Services: We ship through reputable logistics partners, such as Leopards Courier, TCS, Daewoo or local regional providers.
  • Self-Pickup Service: This option is available exclusively for customers in Karachi.

During checkout, you will see the available options, costs and timelines. These may vary based on your specific location and the items you order. For details on paying for your order, see our payment policy.

1.2.1 Standard Courier Shipments

  1. Nationwide (Excluding Karachi): If your order weighs under 2kg, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300/- applies.
  2. Karachi Deliveries: If your order is under 2kg and its total invoice value is below Rs. 3,000/-, a shipping fee of Rs. 150/- applies.
  3. Heavy Shipments: In addition, specialized rates apply to all orders exceeding 2kg.
  4. Timelines: Standard delivery takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
  5. Same-Day Processing: If you place your order before 3:00 PM (Monday through Saturday), we typically process it the same day.
  6. Special Requests: You can note specific delivery instructions in the comments section during checkout. Our team will then attempt to facilitate these where possible.

1.2.2 Local Store Pickup (Karachi Only)

  1. This service is strictly for our Karachi-based clientele.
  2. Pickup is available the day after you place your order, as long as the order was confirmed before 3:00 PM.
  3. Also, there is no additional charge for using the self-pickup service.
  4. Pickup Hours: Monday to Thursday (10:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Friday (10:00 AM – 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM).
  5. However, self-pickup is unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays.

1.3 Logistics Liability Disclaimer

We partner with established courier services. However, roshanex.pk is not liable for delays, damages or losses once a shipment has departed our warehouse. If an issue arises, we will assist you in communicating with the carrier. Nevertheless, the ultimate responsibility for resolution rests with the third-party provider.

1.4 Order Fulfillment

We aim to process orders within two business days. Once we confirm your order in a telephone conversation, we will send a confirmation email containing your shipping details. We calculate delivery timelines starting from the day we dispatch the order from our facility.

1.5 International Shipments

Currently, global shipping covers only select regions. If your country does not appear at checkout, please inquire for further details at info@roshanex.pk.

1.6 Import Duties & Customs

International orders may incur customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In addition, the shipping fees you pay to roshanex.pk do not include them. For specific information about clearance fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

1.7 Order Tracking
