The Inverex Nitrox 6.6kW Hybrid Solar Inverter (NitroX 6.6KW SP) is built for hybrid homes and small businesses that want strong solar input handling in a mid-size footprint. It accepts up to 10,560W of PV power (rated 10.5kW) across a wide 150–425V DC MPPT range through two independent trackers, with a max. DC input voltage of 500V, reaching a peak efficiency of 97.6%.

Battery support spans 40–60V lead-acid or lithium-ion banks with a 140A max. charge/discharge current — enough to cycle a moderately-sized lithium bank quickly during a cloudy afternoon or a grid outage. Protection is genuinely comprehensive: DC polarity reverse-connection protection, AC output overcurrent and overvoltage protection, thermal protection, DC component monitoring, overvoltage load-drop protection, ground fault current monitoring, an optional arc fault circuit interrupter, power network monitoring, island protection monitoring, earth fault detection, a DC input switch, DC terminal insulation impedance monitoring, and residual current (RCD) detection — on top of Type II DC/AC surge protection.
