The SolarMax 25kW 3-Phase On-Grid Inverter (official model SM-25K-6G3P) is the largest of SolarMax’s IP66-rated on-grid platform, built for commercial rooftop installations that need to push a full 25,000W of AC output onto the grid. It reaches a maximum efficiency of 98.4% (98.0% European efficiency), accepts up to 1100V DC input, and handles a rated input voltage of 620V across 2 MPP trackers split into 4 PV strings (2 per tracker) — with up to 150% PV array oversizing allowed for better shoulder-season and low-light yield.
On the output side, maximum AC apparent power reaches 27,500VA with a maximum output current of 39.8A per phase at 380V/400V/415V three-phase, and current harmonic distortion stays under 3% at rated power. The unit uses fan cooling (versus natural convection on the smaller 10K/15K tiers in the same family) to manage the higher thermal load, and weighs 20.3kg in the same compact 398×460×190mm enclosure shared across the whole platform.
