- Connect the ends of the transmitter cable (CH1 to CH16) to each wire of the tested track.
- Plug the ‘COM’ end of the transmitter (black) into a known vein.
- At the other end of the tested track, connect the terminal ‘COM’ (black) of the receiver to the known conductor.
- Connect the red end of the receiver to the veins of the tested cable in succession – if the conductor is not open, the number (1 to 16) appears on the display, depending on the terminal connected to it transmitter.
