The Solis 12kW single-phase low-voltage hybrid inverter (S6-EH1P12K03-NV-YD-L) is part of the S6-EH1P(12-18)K03-NV-YD-L series, an energy storage inverter built for large residential PV energy storage systems. It supports up to 40A MPPT input current across three integrated MPPTs, making it well suited to modern 182mm and 210mm high-power solar panels, and includes integrated battery treatment and protection functions that are more friendly to the connected battery bank.
Multiple inverters can be connected in parallel to form a single-phase or three-phase system with a maximum combined power of 160kW, and the unit also supports AC coupling to retrofit existing solar systems. With a maximum charge/discharge current of up to 350A it delivers higher energy density and fast response – intelligent and reliable, it is a first-choice solution for large-scale residential PV energy storage.
High Capacity & Energy Density
The battery DC side handles a maximum charge/discharge current of up to 350A, allowing the system to store and deliver more of the surplus energy generated by the PV array. Three MPPTs supporting up to 40A input current each provide ample headroom for large arrays, and PV input up to 160% of the inverter’s rated DC power maximises solar utilisation, letting installers oversize the array to capture more energy in real-world conditions.
Reliable Backup & Smart Load Control
Seamless on/off-grid switching in under 10ms keeps critical loads powered without interruption during grid failures, and 200% overload for 10 seconds in off-grid mode ensures the stable startup of demanding appliances like motors, water pumps and air conditioners. A customizable battery backup level combined with smart load management extends backup time for the circuits that matter most to the household.
Scalable, Flexible & Intelligent
Up to 6 units can operate in parallel – scaling to single-phase or three-phase systems up to 160kW – and AC coupling makes it straightforward to retrofit and expand an existing PV installation. The inverter is compatible with any battery between 40V and 60V, supports multiple generator connection and auto-control methods, and is operated via a 7-inch industrial-grade touchscreen and the SolisCloud platform for smart remote control, AI optimisation and instant troubleshooting. An IP66 rating ensures reliable operation in harsh environments.
